Coaching and Mentoring
For factory management in pre-production or on the production floor we are especially excited in helping the factory to share, within the offices as well as the production floor, new philosophies and new methodologies to maximize their chances of securing the confidence of a client's production.
We mentor by teaching at a classroom desk and further by shadowing managers on their daily routines, consulting and motivating them to improve their decision making and process efficiency.
Entrepreneurs
There many people who have worked many years in the apparel industry. There are also many people that wish to start their own production factory. But they lack the knowledge, the fundementals, as well as the leadership skills necessary to give themselves the best chance of success.
Aspects of running a business. staff management, and client servicing are all part of the tool box that is necessary. Then there are the intangibles, where we shadow them until the day the training wheels come off. At that point we are still a text/phone call away.
