Our process
Each factory is a distinctly unique facility, and therefore have need of uniquely tailored solutions. To ascertain the correct way to implement necessary changes the proper due diligence must be conducted.
STEP 01
Investigate
After the initial contact via phone or video chat we visit the factory, interviewing in detail the management on various processes external and internal and afterwards we walk the production floor from sewing to final inspection and then to shipping. We then organize our notes and...
STEP 03
Implement
On our first day we hold orientation meetings with the managers and organize daily processes and weekly benchmarks to be reached. Then the team spreads out to the various departments. The team at EOD will brief daily and then at EOW to review, benchmark and adjust as needed.
STEP 02
Analyze
...with the data we analyze the important issues to be addressed for the particular factory. Based on what the ownership identified as areas of concern we then present a proposal to them and the steps forward. Upon approval by the owner we proceed to implmentation.
STEP 04
Benchmark
After the necessary time has concluded for the new processes and retraining, we will debrief for benchmarks achieved and continue monitoring on a weekly basis with site visits when necessary.
