A Factory Production Incubator

With the decrease in Asian apparel imports to North America, Guatemala is perfectly positioned to be the solution for American Brands who desire lower minimums, faster to market, compliance and the same client services as Asia. We are here to provide the tools to LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD.
Fully functioning factory modules
In Phase 1 we shall have 2 stand alone fully functioning factory modules. For training purposes each factory will work on and perfect quality and client-centric benchmarks. In day to day operations Guatemaltex trainers will be observing and correcting in-line to improve benchmarks on a constant basis.
Targeted training from sewer to management
Throughout the day our dedicated trainers/coaches will be observing work quality and management styles of in-line and area managers to motivate, inspire and teach production staff in all aspects of superior workmanship and team building.
Full pre-production office with on-the-job training
All typical back office operations, such as tech. design, merchandising, sourcing, and sales will be represented. All factory modules (4 modules by phase 2) will share in back office tasks, reducing overall costs.
In-line production floor training
As each individual factory module operate in dedicated space and independently, trainers will constantly circulate between modules and observe and review workers in-line offering positive encouragement.
Classroom instruction
LManagers and stakeholders will receive classroom training and reviews of the days activities. Sewers can avail themselves of English lessons. And entrpreneurs can learn the basics of accounting, costing, sourcing, and client servicing.
After training on-site audits
After finishing the factory incubator cycle and the sewing team has returned to their home factories, Guatemaltex will make weekly on-site visits to review and debrief with the trained team.
