Apparel production consulting
Maximize your production potential and apparel export expertise to meet and exceed expectations of your present and future clients.
Step 1 - Phone consultation
Although Guatemalan factories take precedence, factories of Latin American countries with free trade agreements with the U.S.A. are important as well. In fact, we believe that Latin America represents the best choice for quick to market sourcing and a viable alternative to the supply chain problems in Asia. The initial step in a consultation project is a touchbase via phone/video and establish a baseline for further conversation.
Step 2 - On site due diligence
The next step is an initial visit to the destination factory, where an inspection of the physical site, worker profiling, backoffice observations as well as any other pertinent issues will be addressed.
Step 3 - Plan of action
Upon returning from the due diligence trip we will review, organize, analyze and prioritize our observations and issue an initial report. Then we will go through our plan of action phase and construct benchmarks to be met and establish the methodology for successful results. The client will then be issued a proposal and approximate timeframes for execution.
Step 4 - Implementation
Upon acceptance of the proposal, initial informatiion requests will be conducted and processed. All possible work that can be done via phone/video will first be done. At the conclusion our team of various skills will be deployed and processes set in motion. After the initial imlementation we will delegate observers for work progress working in concert with local factory staff.
Step 5 - Audits and achievement of KPIs - "follow ups"
After conclusion of implementation we will visit on a predetermined timely basis to audit the achievement of KPIs and benchmarking of processes.
