People are vetted for attitude and passion and come to the factory with no previous knowledge and are taught by experienced and passionate trainers with the highest quality standards.
The factories are equipped with only the best modern machines, no knock offs here. The average age of the machines is 3 years old and the efficiency, cleanliness, and pride in production are truly inspirational. Should be a large orders there are similar facilities set up in six more villages who are also part of this Colombian government program.
