In the hills and mountains to the west of Guatemala City lies San Pedro Sacatepequez. An industrialized village that is part of the Apparel industry in Guatemala. Direct-to-Source (DTS) a Guatemalan/Amerixan boutique full package factory has gained a reputation among small and mid-size brands as being a punctual and quality driven manufacturer.

After hours, under the tutelage of their production manager, Fernando, DTS workers gain more skills.
Training interested neighbors in the community
Residents of San Pedro Sacatepequez and the surrounding community can walk in to learn how to sew at a higher quality level and when Fernando believes they are ready, they may take their learned skills and gain employment at any factory in the region.
