Empowerment is the crux of human sustainability within the Latin American communities

Transforming the labor force by providing retraining and implementing mission goals will provide the tools for improving the quality of life for Latin American families.

Retraining Factories to meet Global Apparel Supply Chain standards

North American brands are looking for superior quality, punctuality, and above all, pro-active communitcation and cliient servicing. An open pipeline between vendor and client as a true partnership based on objective benchmarks and compliance. We train factories in all aspects of the production process.

Production staff retraining for targeted client quality and retention

Many global brands expect Asian FOB culture coming into Latin America. In order to meet these expectations regional companies need to be retrained and/or augmented. Global brands have limited resources and time. We will train your team to be turnkey with these prospective brands. They will find a dependable, knowledgeable, and engaged full package vendor for their production. Reducing and managing fluctuations in the apparel buying cycle allow employers to provide their workers with more stability.

Onboarding Fabric Mills for vertical full package operations

The elements of cost control, management, and risk mitigation can only be managed by understanding the American brands' needs in the supply chain. For Fabric mills it means pulling sewing in-house and not working with third party subcontractors. In-house, costs, turn times, and above all quality, result in a more consistent product. The workers, through training, gain a valuable skill set that is marketable and morale-building, Pride in work and workplace follow as well.

Entrepreneurial training for motivated apparel enthusiasts who want to be part of the global supply chain.

Many in the apparel production are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in aspects of the industry. Some of them have the passion to become apparel factory owners as well. What they lack is financing and management skills as a principal of a small business. We will provide them with the practical and classroom education to best prepare them for the adrenaline rush of running their own businesses. Concurrently it increases the diversity of the factory base in the region, giving brands more reasons to source in Latin America.
